Photoshop

I'm reading about some conspiracy theories and the psychology behind them in one of my text books tonight and I came across this quote from photojournalist Ken Light
I'm not sure if this is a "real" quote, or just someone summarizing Light's thoughts, but anyways...

The real danger of living in the age of photoshop isn't the proliferation of false photos. Rather it's that TRUE photos will be ignored as phonies. When every picture is suspect, all pictures are dismissible, and photography's unique power to criticize will decline.

I love this because it sums up my thoughts on photoshop completely.
that said, I use photoshop on a daily basis. Responsibly. And not often for photos.
