Ahh!

I'm sitting in an auditorium waiting for the "French Film Festival" (woohoo) to start. For some reason it has attracted massive amounts of freshmen. There are some girls sitting to my right having a serious discussion about what color they are going to paint their toe nails tonight. "I'm thinking red, what about you" "yah, totally cool. wanna come over tonight to paint our toes???"

So as I write papers and the night goes on, my Word spell and grammar checker gets more and more useful. I have been working on this one frustrating paper since last night and was kept typing "We need to bring these companies into appliancey" the word completely made sense in my head in that moment. Spell checker only suggested that maybe I was trying to write "appliances" I was not. Finally I figured out I was looking for "compliancy" (Which now according to Bloggers spell checker is not a word either? - Word let it slide... I give up.) I'm ready to be done and no longer have to blog about such interesting moments in my life. Welp, I'm off to bring more companies into appliancey with my policy proposal... see ya.

This guy was in here for like an hour today talking about how he takes pictures for his kid's sports teams... after talking for a really long time he says "Do you have school age kids?"

Spiders...

I have always thought spider webs were pretty rad, (unless I walk into one) but they are so detailed and beautiful. Always I saw this one on my way into work this morning. I should have shot more photos than I did, but I was in a hurry. pretty eh?

I came to work today and this is what Linda had sitting here.

Saturday is downtown trickortreat day. this is GOOD candy, not jolly ranchers and crap other stores give out....real mini candy bars....I have to sit here and stare at it untill saturday! And by stare I mean eat....of course.
Oh yes, that is a big jug of photo chemicals next to the candy...

Little Old Men

On campus this morning there are about 6 little old men handing out new testaments. Gideons possibly? Usually when there are people doing stuff like that on campus people snub them, ignore them, walk across the street to avoid them etc. But this morning EVERYONE on campus is walking around with little green bibles. Why? These little old men out there are SOO dang cute! no one can resist a cute little old man. You try....

hummer lady.

There's a lady who comes into my work alot to use the Kiosks to print photos, she will stay for hours on end. Right now it is 5 PM. She got here around 1PM. she has NOT STOPPED HUMMING since she got here. every time she comes in she hums like crazy. She manages a store in the mall- so I know who she is, I'd always see her when I worked there. She just told me shes worked in the mall for over 14 years. Good lord, I'm glad I got out when I did, before I turned into hummer lady.
