Pancake solution — At about 12:20 a.m. today, police responded to a one-man disturbance in the 3400 block of Bernard Avenue N.E.
Police told the man to turn down or turn off the loud music he was playing. The officers were unsure whether the man was on drugs or had mental health issues. The man talked about wavelengths and his “frontal lobe bothering him” and not knowing what to do about it.
One of the officers suggested he make cupcakes. The man said he didn’t have any cupcake mix but could make some pancakes.
